Consultations
We encourage you to make appointments as far in advance as possible. We recognise the importance of your time and will make every effort to meet your scheduled appointment. We ask for your understanding as medical emergencies may occasionally occur, which causes us to delay or reschedule your appointment.
Non-invasive Testing
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary documentation. All non-invasive tests are set appointment times and are performed on schedule. Failure to arrive on time may require the test being rescheduled.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so incurs you a $60.00 non-attendance fee.
