Our accounts staff are available to assist you with any billing questions. We strongly encourage you to bring any special financial concerns to the cardiologists’ and staff’s attention at the time of arranging the appointment.

Pensioners and Veterans’ Affairs patients must present their current valid entitlement card at each visit. Patients whose accounts are to be handled by a third party must bring all pertinent claim information at the time of appointment. Non-residents will be required to settle accounts at the time of the appointment.

All patients are requested to pay accounts on the day of appointment.

In-patients

Accounts for hospital procedures will be forwarded to your health fund directly. Uninsured patients are asked to discuss payment arrangements with accounts staff prior to procedures being performed.

Payments

Personal payments can only be receipted at the Subiaco, Duncraig, Applecross, Midland, Mt Lawley and Joondalup centres (EFTPOS facilities available).
